There is a special story behind EMMA safety shoes. A story that once began with the safe and social work facility for miners of the State Mines in South Limburg. Now, no less than 90 years later, safety and social enterprise are still of paramount importance to EMMA. Safety for feet, safe working conditions for employees and safety for the environment.
THE CIRCLE ROUND
EMMA produces all its safety shoes as sustainably as possible in its factory in Kerkrade and has a fully circular safety shoe range available. Materials with a longer lifespan are used for the production of safety shoes. In addition, all the materials used are safe for the environment and recyclable. For example, EMMA's circular shoes are PVC-free and come with a material passport.

RETURN YOUR OLD WORK SHOES
EMMA (in collaboration with CFA) makes sure that you can hand in your old shoes, enabling the reuse of materials.
Every year in the Netherlands and Belgium, more than 2 million pairs of old safety shoes are thrown away. That is a treasure trove of raw materials that can be used to make new products. So order your own return box via Circular Footwear Alliance (CFA) to collect and return your old safety shoes as well. By choosing EMMA we also contribute to a more sustainable world. MOBILE FITTING SERVICE
Itsme in Raamdonksveer also had all employees personally fitted via EMMA Safety Footwear's fitting service.
EMMA's mobile fitting service can visit your premises and provide all employees with the right shoe with the perfect fit. A fitting solution through available widths and advice on semi-orthopaedic footwear. In short: a cooperation that enables us to offer your employees 'a fitting solution' in the field of safety shoes because every foot is different.
