​​​​​​​Our process scans are ideal for mapping problems and indicating improvements with regard to inventory management. This not only concerns problems with stock value (missing items and obsolescence), but also, for example, controlling the purchasing costs (optimizing, automating). With the help of our process scans you can quickly take steps, realize improvements and deploy the released resources to other process improvements.

Quick scan

A phone conversation with one of our specialists, based your initial cost-benefit analysis. We start from your data and use it to create further insight. With our quick scan you get a practical overview of your process costs, which provides a good base for a structured analysis with help of a ‘ brown paper’- or ‘ on-site’ session.

 

Brown Paper Session

A proven Lean method, which our certified Green Belt advisers use on site at your location. They do this for a small project team, which consists of your employees from, among others, finance, purchasing and warehousing. During a session of about 3 to 4 hours, the participants gain insight into each other's processes, which makes this method ideal for companies with a less defined organizational structure. 

After this Brown Paper Session we will create a process description, which we will send you within one week after the session. If the ROI appears to be low on your current process, an offer will follow within two weeks with our proposal for one or more short-term improvement proposals.Your investment: € 1,500

 

On site session

A session of about 3 to 4 hours, during which we literally walk through your company with one of your employees. We review your process with our own eyes, which ensures a precise description of it. You will receive our description with valuable insight within a week after our visit, including our measurement results. If your ROI on your current processes is low, we will sent you an offer within two weeks with an improvement proposal for one or more areas. Depending on your situation and needs, we can also offer you an OCI punchout or EDI link. Your investment: € 1,500
