Especially if the electronics cannot be delivered new (any more), there is often a possibility to purchase a refurbished item. Especially with "difficult" electronics this can offer a solution in a tricky situation.
Stock: they make sure they do have it
In addition to the availability of over 350,000 items, stock is replenished daily from various global contacts. And when a manufacturer stops producing certain PLCs, HMIs, drives and PC/PGs, stock is immediately built up of these discontinued articles.
Refurbished: they refurbish used electronics
Used electronics are refurbished to the highest standard. Defects are repaired and weak parts are preventively replaced. Often a new, scratch free control panel will be polished on an HMI. This way, used electronics become like new again and can last for years to come.
Solvers: they provide a solution
When production stops, it needs to resume as soon as possible. If the required item is not in stock, the sourcing team is put to work.
Warranty: always a 2 year warranty on new and refurbished
After repair, preventive replacement, and testing of the electronics, a test certificate is drawn up. This will be included with the item. Each piece of electronics comes with a two-year warranty. (Ask for the conditions via the following form.)
