Leuze: a bar ahead!
Product identification is used in more and more situations. Not only to check whether the correct package insert is in the package, or to provide security through tracking when products are retrieved. But also when goods have to be sorted out on a conveyor belt or when it is necessary to check that the correct product is being processed by a machine: a Leuze code reader offers a solution here. In addition to our laser scanners, we offer a complete range of solutions! Both 1D and 2D codes can be recognized in many variants with the code reader DCR200i. Besides a simple (Wizzard) programming with a Web browser, you are quickly at work. You can also choose to get started with a few clicks on the code reader. Various field bus connections such as Ethernet, Profinet or serial communication are available for the transmission of the read code content to higher-level controllers. Switching inputs and outputs increase the usability (e.g. No Read output). Different ways of activating the reading are possible, all standard in a compact housing.
There are many optical variants to suit the most diverse applications, reading distances up to 800 mm, light source red or infrared light. Optionally in stainless steel, with heating (so also in deep-freeze!), but also with, for example, a plastic or glass optic (possibly with polarisation filter) available to reliably cover many different applications.
All this, readily available through your Itsme contacts, with Leuze's specialism to help you with your identification issues!
