Rittal - RiLine Compact power distribution in the smallest space
RiLine Compact is the proven system solution for compact power distribution in enclosures and small switchgear cabinets. Various designs can be used, safely and without loss of space. RiLine Compact is standardized and standards-compliant.
Simple mounting
The RiLine Compact board in 160A design is available in widths matched to the width of the mounting plate of the VX25 system enclosure platform. Quick mounting is possible by direct mounting on the mounting plate or with mounting rails 35 x 7.5/15 mm.
Of course, drawings and other relevant data are available so that the digital twin can be easily created.
At the same time as the components are attached to the all-round touch-protected board by simple plug-in mounting, a secure electrical connection is simultaneously established.
Direct contacting on the board reduces the amount of cabling . This is important because different types of units are often used that require a lot of different wiring in a conventional setup.
For example, the motor control unit with electronic overload protection is designed particularly space-saving and requires 50% less space than a traditionally wired motor control unit.

Safe connection
With the adapters of the RiLine Compact system, quick connection of pipes and devices can be achieved. Thanks to the screwless connection technology of the connection adapter, the wires are quickly connected, the contact point itself is completely maintenance-free.
With their pre-assembled connection wires, the device adapters meet the specific requirements of IEC/EN 61 439 and UL.
Within the scope of a system type approval, the following tests were carried out at Rittal such as proof of short-circuit resistance such as nominal impact current resistance Ipk and nominal short-circuit current resistance Icw.
For the mechanical attachment and direct contacting of electrical devices to the board, device adapters are used. Different adapter versions are required for each desired phase connection. Thus, there is a separate 1-pole device adapter for L1-L2 and L3. Of course, a 3-pole version is also available.
